The Majestic Kangaroo, here on the river at Dishers Creek Renmark (named after an early settler holding the occupational license in 1846) near where Renmark descendent settler Pitt had his fishing reach in the fifties.   It is said that George Disher from the Lake Alexandrina area, was one of the last full blood aboriginal to hunt this area circa 1950, George also frequented the area called Paringa Padock.

This type of pigeon is a difficult one to view it is a very private bird captured here on paper in its natural environment at the Paringa Sandbar on the Murray River
It is a shy and private bird that goes about its own business quietly.

They say the swan mates for life to the one partner, often seen about the river and backwaters of this area.   These two loyal beauties were cruseing the Mundic wetlands opposite the Goanna Hill Gallery at Paringa.

The now restored paddle boat from a time not so long ago, passing through Dishes Creek a reserve near Renmark frerquented by much wild life seen hear is a ringneck parrot in full flight.
